Ekiti South Federal Constituency I Legislator, Hon. Segun Adekola, has played host to groups in his Igbara-Odo country home where he identified Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose as the pointer who has determined direction ahead next year governorship election in the state.
Speaking in the reconciliation meeting on Monday with grieving members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the convener noted the continuity agenda of Gov. Fayose with Prof. Kolapo Olusola as priority of the party.
Adekola, who declared the floor opened for expression of grievances and other complaints, appealed to the grudging individuals to allow peace in general interest of the party.
He added that nobody ever worked with Gov. Fayose and regretted, arguing that dividend of democracy cannot cut across once, but everybody shall be rewarded.
Ekiti Southwest local government party chairman, Hon. Akinbode Idowu identified the parley as readiness of the lawmaker to work with everybody for success of Prof. Olusola.
Also present in the meeting were Adekola's Special Assistant on Political Matters, Hon. Ayodele Oduluyi who moderated the meeting, Deputy Legislative Assistant, Hon. Ademola Olowolafe from Ikere-Ekiti and leaders from Igbara-Odo wards.
